How to set survey permissions using Account Security
The fine-grained security cost option provides control over who can do what with your surveys. Administrators or authors, on a survey-by-survey basis, can set the following sharing permissions for other users in your account by following these instructions:

- On the "My Surveys" page select the "Sharing" link for the survey you want to change the permissions for.

- Read and assign the relevant rights for designated account users. For instance, if you want to allow example user "John White" to use the survey as a template from within the "Create Survey" area, you would select "Copy"; while if you want to allow example user "Paul Done" full access to survey results, you would select "All Results". Please bear in mind that when you select "Copy" for a designated user "Preview" will be automatically enforced and likewise if you select "All Results" then "Limited Results" will be automatically enforced.

Also, please note that if a user is an account administrator, he or she will have an asterisk next to his/her name. The asterisk signifies that the user, as an administrator for the account, will have the following permissions by default: "Copy, Edit and Preview". This means an administrator can by default:
- use the survey as a template
- amend/add/delete questions and launch surveys
- have access to "Options" and be able to change the survey's options
- review questions
Once you have assigned the relevant permissions for the designated users, scroll down to the bottom of the page and select Save.
