Services to help with your workforce surveys

The University of Bristol has been working on creating a Positive Working Environment (PWE) for the last five years. During this period we have built up extensive experience in using staff feedback to inform and evaluate HR and University performance.

This has proved invaluable when developing HR strategy together with engaging in other external processes such as self-assessment and Investors in People. We would like to offer the benefit of our experience and knowledge more widely to the sector so that you too can:

  • Know what your staff think about the University as an employer
  • Know how opinion may vary by staff group, gender or location
  • Find out about specific issues that may be relevant to your organisation
  • Gain some high quality evidence to inform processes such as Self Assessment and Investors in People
  • Use staff opinion to drive and evaluate planning processes and strategy
