Can I change the font size in my surveys?
It is common for users to have their web browser set to display text at a size that is comfortable for them. BOS has a default text size but does not prevent respondents from increasing/decreasing the text size from within their browser when they come to complete a survey.
However, it is also possible for the default font size of surveys to be changed. This can only be done on a per account basis (so affects all surveys within the account) and is only available as part of our custom look and feel cost option.
