Can I see individual responses to a survey?
Yes, BOS's survey reporting facilities now include an "Individual Responses" option. Selecting this will allow you to step through the responses to your survey one-by-one.
This is particularly useful for surveys with relatively few responses (or where you have already filtered a small sub-set of responses) and you want to review free-text comments in relation to quantitative responses. For instance, reviewing feedback on training sessions.
Note that a "Hide/Show Other Possible Responses" button is available. This allows you to toggle the display of responses to see either just the answer the individual gave or their answer highlighted in bold against the other answers the respondent might have chosen.
